Marine Electronics Ltd. was established in Guernsey,
one of the Channel Islands, in 1983 to design and manufacture
sonar and acoustic products for the offshore oil and
gas industry.
Over the years the company has diversified into other
areas using its skills in electronic and acoustic design
for the medical industry, the water industry, the mining
industry, Customs and The Ministry of Defence. The company
operates a quality assurance system to ISO 9001 2000
to ensure customer satisfaction.
A flexible team of engineers covering acoustic, electronic,
software and mechanical design support the Directors
to maintain the company's design potential. Marine Electronics
manufactures a full range of products from state of
the art electronically scanning sonars to acoustic release
and telemetry systems.
